Files and text you use in our tools
Our image, PDF, QR code, text and calculator tools run entirely in your web browser. When you choose a file or type text, it is processed by your own device. It is not uploaded to our servers, we can't see it, and we don't keep a copy. When you close or refresh the page, it is gone from the tool.
Information collected automatically
Our website is hosted by Cloudflare. Like almost every website host, Cloudflare automatically processes technical information when your browser requests a page, such as your IP address, browser type, the page requested, and the date and time. This is used to deliver the site, keep it secure (for example, to block attacks), and produce anonymous, combined statistics such as total visits. We don't use this information to identify you. Read Cloudflare's privacy policy.
Cookies and local storage
We don't set cookies ourselves. If you use the light/dark mode button, your choice is saved in your browser's local storage so the site remembers it on your next visit. This stays on your device and is never sent to us. You can clear it at any time in your browser settings.
Cloudflare may set strictly necessary security cookies to protect the site from abuse.
Advertising and analytics
We don't currently show ads or use analytics services. If we add either in the future, for example Google AdSense, we will update this policy before it starts and, where the law requires, ask for your consent.
When you email us
If you contact us by email, we receive your email address and whatever you include in your message. We use it only to reply and to fix problems you report. We keep messages for as long as needed to deal with them and for a reasonable time afterwards, then delete them. Our email provider processes these messages on our behalf.
How we share information
We don't sell your personal information. Information is shared only with the service providers described in this policy (our host and email provider), or when required by law.
Legal bases (for visitors in the EEA and UK)
We process technical data to run and secure the website, which is in our legitimate interests. We process emails you send us to respond to you.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask for access to the personal information we hold about you, to correct or delete it, to object to or restrict how we use it, and to receive a copy. Visitors in the EEA and UK can also complain to their local data protection authority. Some US states give residents similar rights. In practice we hold very little personal information, usually only emails you've sent us. To make a request, email feeralprince@gmail.com.
Children
QuickKit Tools is a general-audience website and isn't directed at children under 13. We don't knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, please contact us and we'll delete it.
Data transfers and security
Cloudflare operates a worldwide network, so technical data may be processed in the United States and other countries. The site is served only over a secure (HTTPS) connection.
“Do Not Track”
We don’t track visitors across websites, so a browser “Do Not Track” signal doesn’t change how the site works.
Changes to this policy
We'll update this page if our practices change, and change the “Last updated” date at the top. If a change is significant, we'll make it clear on the site.
